Searange
Searange Court is a considered response to a constrained and irregular site, where careful planning and construction methodology underpin the built outcome. The home is oriented to maximise northern and western light to key living and alfresco zones, while the entry sequence creates a defined transition from public to private spaces.
The main living areas are intentionally concealed from the entry, drawing occupants through the home before opening into generous, light-filled spaces. This approach delivers a balance of openness and privacy, achieved through practical planning decisions and precise execution on site. An uncommon outcome within a typical open-plan layout.
Material selections including green marble, muted pink tones and a custom brass rangehood required a high level of coordination and craftsmanship, brought together seamlessly by a skilled construction team. Designed to support both everyday living and entertaining, the home incorporates strong indoor-outdoor connections, pool integration and dedicated wine storage. A separate private wing and front office provide flexibility for the client's transition into retirement.
Delivered through a collaborative and detail-driven build process, Searange Court is a highly resolved home that reflects both the client brief and the quality of its construction. A forever home.
