Who we are
This website is operated by SV Built (ABN 85 606 522 472, Building Licence BLD267873). Our office is at 9 Schenker Drive, Royal Park SA 5014. For privacy questions you can reach us at info@svbuilt.com.au.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry through our contact form we ask for your name, email address, phone number and details about your project. We only ask for information we genuinely need to respond. We do not collect financial information, identity documents or sensitive personal information through this website.
How we use it
We use the information you provide to reply to your enquiry, discuss your project, prepare proposals, and stay in contact about work you've asked us about. If we have an ongoing client relationship we'll also use it to manage that project. We don't use it for unrelated marketing and we don't sell it.
Where it's stored
Enquiries submitted through this website are sent to our customer relationship management system (GoHighLevel) which stores data on servers in the United States. The website itself is hosted by Vercel, also on servers outside Australia. By submitting the form you consent to your information being handled overseas in this way. Both providers operate under their own security and privacy obligations.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as it is reasonably useful — typically while a project is being scoped or delivered, and for a sensible period afterwards in case you come back to us. If you ask us to delete your information we will, unless we're required to keep it for legal or tax reasons.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses minimal cookies. We use Google Analytics (GA4), provided by Google, to understand how the site is used — page visits, referrers and broad device type — which sets a basic analytics cookie. This information is aggregated and isn't used to identify you personally. We do not use advertising cookies, run ad-targeting, or share your data with ad networks.
Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Principles you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@svbuilt.com.au and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Updates
We may update this policy from time to time as our tools or practices change. The date at the top of the page reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be reflected here.
