Our cap is deliberate. It keeps our attention on your project, our trades familiar with our detailing, and our rework rate low. You get the same site manager from day one to handover.

- Can you build a custom home to Passive House standard?
- Yes. Passive House and healthy-home principles are the baseline for how we build, not an add-on. We can deliver a fully certified Passive House, or apply its principles — airtightness, continuous insulation, high-performance glazing and heat-recovery ventilation — to the level that suits your brief and budget.
- Do you build from our architect’s plans, or design in-house?
- Both. We build from your architect’s documentation, and we also work with clients from the earliest concept stage. Engaging a builder early — before the design is locked — is where the biggest gains in performance, buildability and cost certainty are made.
- How long does it take to build a custom home in Adelaide?
- Construction typically runs around 10–14 months from site start to handover, depending on size, site and complexity — with design and approvals completed before we begin on site. We give you a realistic, site-specific programme up front and keep you across it throughout the build.
- How many homes do you take on at once?
- We are a boutique builder by choice, taking on a deliberately limited number of homes at a time so each one gets the attention to detail it needs — which is why we ask clients to apply to build with us.
