The project was built deep into the Grange sand dunes to comply with height restrictions and to attain three (one stand alone and two attached) highly functional three level homes, maximising the land footprint and giving fabulous views of the Adelaide skyline. It was a very difficult build requiring the exacting levels of Engineered deep piled sand retention, foundation work and sophisticated storm water management.
The end result is an imposing, yet subtle and attractive street scape with external use of different materials including Render, Colorbond, Alucobond, Western Red Cedar and Granite, combined with advanced landscaping. Internally, the use of highest quality appliances, fixtures and fittings create an ambience of sophisticated spacious living.
