The project was built deep into the Grange sand dunes to comply with height restrictions and to accommodate three highly functional, three level homes (one stand alone and two attached), maximising the land footprint and giving fabulous views of the Adelaide skyline. It was a complex build requiring the exacting levels of engineered deep-piled sand retention, foundation work, and sophisticated storm water management.

The end result was an imposing, yet subtle and attractive streetscape with external use of different materials including Render, Colorbond, Alucobond, Western Red Cedar and Granite, combined with advanced landscaping. Internally, the use of high quality appliances, fixtures, and fittings created an ambience of sophisticated spacious living.
