> SV Built is a boutique Adelaide residential builder specialising in Passive House and healthy home construction. Custom homes, renovations, developments and turnkey projects across Adelaide metro.

SV Built takes on a deliberately limited number of homes each year so each project receives full attention. Every home is designed to a minimum energy performance target from day one — including Passive House modelling, airtightness testing, and mechanical ventilation with heat recovery (MVHR). The practice is led by Emile Ellens, Director and Registered Builder (License BLD267873, ABN 85 606 522 472).

Passive House modelling and thermal performance targets are set before design is locked.
